Rarely do I enjoy the experience of buying a used vehicle, but I genuinely couldn’t have been happier or more pleasantly surprised after visiting Auto Capital.

Ibrahim was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. The van I originally went to see wasn’t quite right for me, but rather than trying to push a sale, he took the time to understand what I needed and helped me refine my search until we found the right vehicle.

They also arranged the signwriting for my business and fitted my Rhino roof racks, which made the whole process really straightforward.

There were no pushy sales tactics or hard upsells — just genuinely friendly, reassuring and helpful people, particularly Ibrahim.

One thing that really stood out was that some of the rear door panels were damaged when I viewed the van. It was a second-hand vehicle and I was fully aware of and had accepted the condition when I agreed to buy it. When I collected the van, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had replaced the damaged panels without me asking. A small detail perhaps, but it said a lot about the level of customer service.
